What is the difference between UGG Australia and EMU Australia boots?

Okay, so I just bought the EMU Australia stinger hi boot in chestnut. It's cheaper than the Ugg, but it's still sheepskin. Is there any difference, or is it just the brand name? (If any differences, please list in detail. Thanks!!)
So do you think I should have bought Uggs for the $160 and not the Emu, which I got for $115?

uggs are more expansive but more fitted and better quality

emus are a little cheaper but their much less padded with bad ankle support and their quality isnt very good (my friend has a pair of emus and the sheepskin in the middle keeps falling out.)

in my opinion you should have gone with the uggs but ive you want to do the emus thats fine. whatever you want to do.

as for the size, it depends on your age. if your young and your feet are still growing go a size up, just in case but your feet seem rather large (no offense) so get the size 10 cause uggs and emus generally stay true to the actual foot size.
