My daughter is turning 10. She has been wanting some black high heel boots. We found some last year that she loved but I thought the heels were too high and honestly she looked way too mature and almost trampy. What do you think about it and what age is ok to let them wear these boots? I wish I could find some high heel boots where the heel wasn't so high but still there and cute. Does anyone know where to find those? She doesn't want the flat wide heel. She wants the cute spikier type heel.
At the age of 10, I think that is still a bit too young. Maybe a cute little kitten heel (like, 1 inch) could work as a compromise until she is older. I would say around the age of 15 is when heels are okay in general, other than that at special occasions when she is still younger I think it would be appropriate.
